Checking isolation · permit status before work​

  • Enter this In an installation with a connected digital thread, ask in "Ask": "Show me what's happened on Unit 3 recently, in chronological order. Are there any isolations or work permits in effect?"
  • You get this Events on that equipment in chronological order — platform alarms, anomalies and actions found by AI, and records from connected customer systems. If an EHS connector is connected, it also answers with isolation · work permit · incident references.
  • Note There is no dedicated screen showing an equipment timeline — you ask via Ask. PlantPulse AI does not issue permits. The EHS system is the system of record for permits · isolations; here you only get references. If nothing appears in the answer, it does not mean "there is no isolation in effect" — check the EHS system before starting work.

Finding the procedure scene in a training video Admin setup required​

  • Note An admin must enable video · audio with the installation switch PI_MEDIA_ENABLED and upload the video. Transcription runs only during nighttime hours by default, so a video uploaded during the day won't be searchable until that night's processing finishes.
