Overview
PlantPulse is an Industrial IoT (IIoT) and DataOps platform that integrates the entire data lifecycle—from collection on the factory floor through storage, real-time processing, analysis, and visualization—in a single unified platform.
The system collects sensor data from factory equipment in real time at tens of thousands of events per second, distributes them through a high-performance messaging pipeline, and automatically connects them to time series storage, complex event processing (CEP), and distributed analytics. Operators access dashboards, connection status, Edge gateways, equipment, alarms, and production management (MES) immediately from the web-based management console, while developers integrate with external systems freely through the V5 REST API.
24+ microservices across 7 domains ship in a single installation package; the entire pipeline is operational immediately after install, with no separate integration work.

Platform Strengths
All-in-One Integrated Architecture
No need to install and integrate separate products—the entire pipeline from data collection → messaging → storage → processing → analysis → visualization is delivered in a single package. Validated enterprise-grade engines are pre-integrated, so installation alone establishes an industrial data infrastructure immediately.
Enterprise-Grade Real-Time Processing Performance
| Metric | Performance |
|---|---|
| Message throughput | 40,000 events/second (36-thread parallel processing) |
| CEP event processing | 500,000 events/second (in-memory CEP engine) |
| Data collection protocols | OPC-DA/UA, Modbus, PLC, MQTT, REST, DB, CSV, and 10+ more |
| REST API | 150+ endpoints, real-time Push API support |
Industrial Standard Compliance and Scalability
- ISA-95 international standard–based physical and logical asset modeling for systematic equipment management
- Scale-out architecture — Add cluster nodes to expand storage capacity infinitely
- OPC-UA standard protocol natively supported for direct connection to global industrial equipment
Auto-Diagnostic Engine from 10 Years' Field Experience
Built on 10 years of manufacturing floor operations, our auto-diagnostic engine proactively detects equipment anomalies. Combined with machine learning–based trend prediction, you can take preventive action before failures occur.
Security and Reliability
- TLS encryption — End-to-end encryption of protocols and data
- RBAC — Role-based access control for fine-grained per-user permissions
- XSS/CSRF defense, API token authentication, and other web security standards applied
- Fault isolation — Independent port configuration per service ensures one service failure does not affect the whole system
Business Impact
Implementing PlantPulse delivers concrete operational benefits:
Improved Equipment Utilization
Real-time monitoring and auto-diagnostic engine detect equipment anomalies early, minimizing unplanned downtime. Plan preventive maintenance based on data so you address issues before equipment stops.
Enhanced Production Quality
The CEP engine detects subtle process variable changes in real time and immediately alerts you to quality-impacting anomaly patterns. Rather than responding after defects occur, you can proactively adjust processes before defects happen.
Reduced Energy Costs
Track equipment energy consumption in real time and use EMS (energy management system) analysis to identify energy waste periods. Apply findings to load balancing during peak hours and improved operation patterns of inefficient equipment.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Move from experience and intuition–based decisions to objective, rapid decisions grounded in accumulated data and analysis results. Dashboards and reports enable communication across the organization—from executives to floor workers—using the same data foundation.
Lower Operating Costs
A single unified platform handles data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting, so the cost of deploying and managing multiple solutions disappears. System integration (SI) costs and maintenance complexity drop significantly.
