Overview
This document presents the full menu structure of the PlantPulse console together with the operational flows operators follow most often, all on a single page. For detailed buttons and screen elements, refer to Console Navigation and Common Screens; this page focuses on "which menu to use in what order."
The left-hand menu currently consists of the following 12 groups, based on the integrated server web menu.
Overview → Connectivity → Factory Model → Production → Equipment → ISO
→ Data → Alarm → Visualization → Automation → Standard → System

Roles by Menu Group
| Group | Key Question | Representative Screens |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Are the plant and the platform healthy right now? | Dashboard, Daily Statistics |
| Connectivity | Is data flowing from the field to the server? | Connection Management, Edge |
| Factory Model | Are the site, line, equipment, and tag models registered correctly? | Factory Model |
| Production | Do customers, products, work schedules, and work orders match operational baselines? | Production Management |
| Equipment | Which equipment has a problem, and what data relates to it? | Equipment Management, Data Query |
| ISO | How is performance from an OEE/RAM/EMS perspective? | ISO Data and Analysis |
| Data | What are the raw tag values and their trends? | Data Points, Objects |
| Alarm | Which alarm occurred when, where, and why? | Alarm |
| Visualization | How should field screens be presented with drawings and widgets? | Canvas |
| Automation | Should events be handled automatically or forwarded to external systems? | Flow, CEP, EQL |
| Standard | How does the system connect to standard namespaces, OPC-UA, and AAS? | UNS, Standards and External Tools |
| System | Are the platform's own state, security, and settings normal? | System, Security Management, Diagnostics |

Data Collection and Model Flow
When adding a new site or line, the model and the connection must be handled together. If only the model is registered, dashboard figures stay empty; if only the connection is registered, operators cannot tell which equipment or tag the data belongs to.
| Step | Check Points |
|---|---|
| Model registration | Whether site, area, line, equipment, and tag IDs conform to the standard |
| Protocol registration | Whether data sources such as OPC/PLC/DB/API are correctly linked to the site |
| Connection status check | Whether the state is normal, delayed, abnormal, disconnected, or not connected |
| Data verification | Whether tag values actually appear in the stream and trend |
| Dashboard reflection | Whether the site map, connection rate, and today's collection volume change as expected |
Alarm Response Flow
| Symptom | Next Screen |
|---|---|
| Alarms keep firing on a specific tag | Trend in Data Points, Alarm Visualization Analysis |
| Alarms concentrated on one equipment unit | Equipment Management, Timeline Comparison |
| Alarms occurring together with communication loss | Connection Status, Edge |
| The condition expression itself must be changed | Advanced EQL Alarm, EQL Help |
Automation and Standards Integration Flow
Automation is where you decide "where events are received, by what condition they are filtered, and where they are sent." If topic names are unclear, check the path first in UNS, then build the actual processing graph in Flow.
System Management Flow
| Inspection Target | Screen to Check First |
|---|---|
| WebSocket LIVE has stalled | System > Monitoring, Diagnostics |
| Server logs needed | System > Log |
| Configuration value check | System > Environment Info, Configuration |
| Account/token issue | Security Management |
| Cluster node issue | System, Cluster |
