App Catalog and Sharing

All the apps you create are gathered in the Applications screen. From here you open apps, rename them, hand them to colleagues, and jump to apps deployed in the field. Click fa-grid-2 (애플리케이션) in the sidebar to open it.

Browsing the list

The top of the screen shows the title, the app count, and the filter tabs.

TabApps shown
AllEvery app you have created
In developmentApps that have never been deployed
DeployedApps that have been deployed and are usable in the field
Shared with meApps colleagues have shared with you

Once you have more than 5 apps, a search box (앱 검색…) appears on the right. To create a new one, use [New App] (fa-plus) — enter a name and pick a starting template (Blank Canvas · Line Monitoring · Alarm Center · OEE Analysis · 3D Digital Twin). If you would rather build one from a single sentence, see Creating an App from Home.

How to read a card

The image on a card is a live preview — a scaled-down view of the actual app screen.

  • Badge at top right — 배포 v3 (deployed app; click to run it immediately) · DRAFT (not yet deployed) · 빌드 중 (work in progress elsewhere)
  • Lock at top left (fa-lock) — private app
  • Small indicator to the left of the name — lit when the app is currently running
  • Far right — the time it was last modified

For deployed apps, clicking the image opens the actual app in a new tab.

Opening, renaming, and deleting apps

  • Open[Open] (fa-arrow-right) on the card. The builder opens → Developing Apps in the Builder
  • Renamedouble-click the name on the card, or (fa-ellipsis-vertical) → Rename
  • DuplicateDuplicate. Enter a new name and a copy is created and opened right away. Handy for trying out experimental changes without touching the original
  • StopStop. Pauses a running app. Your work is preserved, and you pick up where you left off the next time you click [Open]
  • DeleteDelete
Deletion cannot be undone

Exactly as the confirmation dialog states in '○○' 앱을 삭제할까요? 되돌릴 수 없습니다., the app and its entire change history disappear together. Before deleting, we recommend saving a file using Export (fa-download) in the toolbar.

Sharing

Sharing is easiest to think of in two steps: ① deploy the app, then ② decide who can see it. Apps that have not been deployed cannot be shared (the card shows 아직 배포되지 않은 앱).

Public / Private

In the builder, open the deployment version drawer (fa-chevron-down on the v1 chip); the Access toggle is at the top.

SettingWho can see it
Public (fa-globe)Anyone with the link. Opens without login and appears in the gallery
Private (fa-lock)The creator, administrators, and only the colleagues designated below. Login required

Sharing with specific users

Click Share with users (fa-user-plus) on the card to bring up the list of colleagues. Click names to check them and click [Save] — that's it. As the note above the list says:

The selected colleagues can use this app (editing and viewing the source are not permitted).

In other words, recipients can only use the app, not modify it. In a recipient's Shared with me tab, only [Open App ↗] and User Guide (fa-circle-info) are visible.

If you set user sharing on a public app

A public app is already usable by anyone, so the share list has no immediate effect. That list takes effect when you later switch the app to private.

Click Share (fa-share-nodes) on a deployed app card to open the QR sharing dialog.

  • QR code — scan it with a field phone camera to open the app immediately
  • [Copy link] — send it via messenger or email
  • Portal embed — copies code that embeds this app inside an in-house portal or dashboard page

For a private app, the 비공개 앱 — 받는 사람도 Studio 로그인이 필요합니다. notice also appears at the bottom of the dialog.

App user guide document

Click fa-circle-info on a card to open the App User Guide document. It is generated automatically at deployment, so you do not need to write separate instructions when handing an app to a colleague. If none exists yet, 아직 문서가 없습니다. 다음 배포 때 자동 생성됩니다. is displayed.

Gallery ↗ in the sidebar is a screen that gathers only publicly deployed apps and shows them as large cards. Since no login is required, it works well as the start page for a field tablet or a shared PC. There is a clock at the top right, and clicking a card opens the app.

Click Create TV Wallboard (fa-tv) to build a status board that displays several apps on one screen.

  1. Click [Create TV Wallboard] and select the apps to show (if you select none, all apps are used)
  2. Choose Grid (side by side on one screen) or Rotation (cycling at a set interval). For Rotation, also specify the interval (seconds)
  3. Use [Open Wallboard] to display it right away, or [Link · QR] to get an address to paste into the browser on the field TV

Opening apps in the field

The fastest way to get an app to field operators is the QR code.

  1. Deploy the app (the QR appears right in the deployment-complete dialog)
  2. If needed, switch access to Public, or keep it private and designate the colleagues who will use it
  3. Use Share on the card → post the QR on the field notice board or show it on screen
  4. Operators scan it with a phone camera and open it immediately — the app is built to fit a phone screen

For how to receive notifications and query data on a phone, see Field Mobile.
