App Catalog and Sharing
All the apps you create are collected in the Applications screen. From here, you can open apps, rename them, share them with colleagues, and go to apps deployed in the field. Open it by clicking the fa-grid-2 (애플리케이션) icon in the sidebar.
Browsing the List — Numbers Indicate Reading Order

DRAFT means “colleagues can’t see it yet”If you just create an app without deploying it, it stays as DRAFT. Filter by Deployed to see only the apps that are actually out in the field.
At the top of the screen, you'll find the title, the app count, and filter tabs.

If you have more than 5 apps, a search bar (앱 검색…) appears on the right. To create a new one, click [New App](fa-plus) — enter a name and choose a starting template (Blank Canvas · Line Monitoring · Alarm Center · OEE Analysis · 3D Digital Twin). How to Read a Card
The image on the card is a real-time preview of your actual app screen, scaled down.
- Badge at the top right —
배포 v3(deployed, click to run) ·DRAFT(not yet deployed)빌드 중(a job is running elsewhere) - Lock icon at the top left (fa-lock) — Private app
- Small light to the left of the name — On if the app is currently running
- Far right — Last modified time
If you click the image of a deployed app, the actual app opens in a new tab.
Opening an App · Renaming · Deleting
- Open — Click [Open](fa-arrow-right) on the card. The builder opens → Developing Apps with the Builder
- Rename — Double-click the app name on the card, or click ⋯(fa-ellipsis-vertical) → Rename
- Duplicate — ⋯ → Duplicate. Enter a new name and a copy is created and immediately opened. This is useful for trying out changes you want to experiment with, without affecting the original.
- Stop — ⋯ → Stop. Temporarily halts a running app. All work is preserved and you can continue where you left off by clicking [Open] later.
- Delete — ⋯ → Delete
As the '○○' 앱을 삭제할까요? 되돌릴 수 없습니다. message in the confirmation dialog states, the app and all its change history will disappear. Before deleting, we recommend using the Export(fa-download) button in the toolbar to save a file.
Sharing
Sharing is easy to understand in two steps: ① deploy the app and ② decide who can see it.
You cannot share an app that hasn't been deployed (it's marked with 아직 배포되지 않은 앱 on the card).
Public / Private
When you open the deployment version drawer in the builder (the fa-chevron-down on the v1 chip), you'll find the Access toggle at the top.

Sharing with Specific Users
Click ⋯ on the card → Share with Users(fa-user-plus) to see a list of your colleagues. Click names to check them, and click [Save] to finish. As the guidance text above the list says,
Selected colleagues can use this app (they cannot edit or view the source).
So, people you share with can use the app only, and cannot modify it. In the Shared with Me tab on the recipient's side, only [Open App ↗] and Usage Info(fa-circle-info) appear.
A public app can already be used by anyone, so the sharing list has no immediate meaning. That list will take effect when you switch it to Private later.
Link and QR
Click Share(fa-share-nodes) on a deployed app's card to open the QR sharing window.
- QR Code — Scan with a field phone camera to open immediately
- [Copy Link] — Send via messenger or email
- Portal Embed — Copy code to embed this app inside your internal portal or dashboard page
If the app is private, the 비공개 앱 — 받는 사람도 Studio 로그인이 필요합니다. notice appears at the bottom of the window.
App Usage Documentation
Click the fa-circle-info icon on the card to open the App Usage documentation. Since it's created automatically during deployment, you don't need to write separate instructions when handing the app to colleagues. If it doesn't exist yet, it's shown as 아직 문서가 없습니다. 다음 배포 때 자동 생성됩니다..
Gallery — A Collection of Apps You Can View Without Login
The Gallery ↗ in the sidebar is a screen that shows only apps deployed as Public in large cards. Since no login is needed, it's ideal as a start page for field tablets or shared PCs. There's a clock in the top right, and clicking a card opens the app.
Click Create TV Dashboard(fa-tv) to create a status board that displays multiple apps on one screen.
- Click [Create TV Dashboard] and choose the apps to display (if you don't select any, all apps are shown)
- Choose Grid (side-by-side on one screen) or Rotation (alternating at set intervals). For rotation, you also set the Interval (seconds)
- Either launch it right away with [Open Dashboard] or get the address via [Link · QR] and paste it into the field TV's browser
Opening an App in the Field
The fastest way to deliver an app you've made to field workers is by QR.
- Deploy the app (the QR code appears right in the deployment completion dialog)
- If needed, change access to Public, or keep it Private and specify the colleagues who will use it
- Use Share on the card → QR, and post it on the field bulletin board or show it on a screen
- The worker scans it with their phone camera and opens it directly — the app is designed to fit the phone screen
